Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went back home to “normal life.” We started this channel to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with living on the road and found a new passion for capturing our travels through video. So we did everything we could to keep going. 4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. 80 MINUTES PURE AVIATION - Airplane Highlights - Airbus A380, A310, Beluga, Boeing 747 ... (4K)
80 Minutes pure aviation, today with some aviation highlights of my planespotting journey. We ll start this video with a special Airbus A310 of the spanish government which visited Maastricht Airport for a paint job last year. Although the aircraft is quite old it is still doing a great job. The Airbus didn` t even get another paint scheme, they just feshed up the old livery with some new paint. Another highlight is the Airbus Beluga which recently became availabe for charter companies. Normally this special built planes only fly between the airbus factory to bring new Airbus parts to the places where they have to be. This week an Airbus Beluga brought a satelite from Toulouse to the USA and to get there they had to do three fuel stops. Obviously the Beluga doesn` t have the best fuel consumption especially when compared to other modern aircrafts. I also included some Boeing 747` s I filmed at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Liege. The B747 is still one of my favorite aircrafts and I always enjoy watching these massive planes rotate in front of my camera lense. Liege is the place to be if you are interested in B747` s. The go-away-bird uses its song to warn other birds of approaching predators, creating a cacophony that can confuse and deter even the fiercest hunters. They're expert mimics. Not only can they mimic the calls of other birds, but they can even imitate the alarm calls of mammals like monkeys and baboons. This ability to speak the language of the savannah further expands their early-warning network, making them the neighborhood watchdogs of the avian world. The Verreaux's Eagle-Owls have an uncanny ability to hear in the dark. Their enormous, asymmetrical ears are like satellite dishes, pinpointing the faintest rustle of a rodent or the flutter of a moth's wings in the dead of night. This makes them apex predators in the darkness, silently swooping down on unsuspecting prey with laser-like precision.
